Role of Planning Directorate
- To originate and implement plan relating to the development of Bangladesh Coast Guard.
- To prepare TO&E for Bangladesh Coast Guard.
- To work and plan for future development of Bangladesh Coast Guard.
- Plan for acquisition ships/crafts for Bangladesh Coast Guard and acquisition of land for Bangladesh Coast Guard.
- To conduct and prepare Research and Development (R&D) programme for Director General of Bangladesh Coast Guard.
